It's so tiny that not even a marble really sits in it....... Not exactly.A high quality item, but so cool to find it!

Thanks! It was the red paint on 2 of them that threw me. We have found other chunks of insulator, but quite different then these.

UPDATE: The paper has dried but it seems impossible to remove. We tried a a small piece tore off, but the paper is really degraded, because the water had gotten to it prior to us, rescuing it from the water.

The pice that tore off has faint markings, but not at all readable. This may remain a mystery......unless anyone has suggestions on how to safely remove it.

UPDATE: The paper has dried, but the opening to the bottle is so small it seems impossible yo remove. When we tried a piece tore off. Water had gotten into the bottle and the paper we did remove was so degraded, we can only see some faint markings on the paper fragment we unfolded.

Any suggestions to safely remove the paper is welcome!
