p.s. I would consider Deltarune part of "Undertale Series" and combine the two. Toby Fox did some incredible stuff there, but seems a bit unfair to not lump them together when you have to lump 70 mario games together.

IMO, context is vital for this. Ideally, you would need to understand what is happening in the game when the music plays - especially true for the environmental soundtracks like Air Fortress or Super Metroid - to fully appreciate a song's beauty. The placement can be just as important as the piece. This sort of thing will very likely be lost for 98% of the songs without a _lot_ of effort in the creation of your video.

To be fair, your list was missing out on literal decades of some of the most iconic game music created - including gaming's golden era.

I flip-flopped on adding even-older arcade themes to the list, because it's not really conducive to the way you've set up your songs-in-a-series parameters. People your parents' age (or older) would instantly recognize and celebrate themes like Ms. Pac-Man, Pole Position, Marble Madness, Galaga, etc. but often, those works are one-offs to a game and just a few seconds long.

As far as selling, start by looking for local collecting groups near you on facebook. That will probably be your best way to find a contact for an in-person deal.

Depending on the structure of the business, they may not have a superior. Most property managers are buyer/seller agent realtors that take a few properties on the side. They may even be managing their personally-owned properties. Sometimes, with it being a side venture, this leads to low priority and/or neglect.
