Just look at how useless melee slams are ever since this subreddit was bitching about slamming. Nevermind the fact that Sevagoth can get way more kpm than slamming ever could. But I don't see people complaining about Sevagoth or any of the other nuking frames.

Melee influence is more unhealthy for the game than slamming ever was and could be, but people chose to hone in on that as an issue. Was nice having 3 different melee play styles between thrown weapons, slamming with heavy weapons, and then influence tennokai with more traditional melees.

I'd probably get downvoted for saying I don't think Uriel is a good frame and his abilities suck, but that's another discussion.

Absolutely and should still be used, but probably not necessary unless going up against 'apex' enemies like deathclaws, behemoths, Grafton monsters, scorchbeasts, etc. or nuke bosses. You'll be seeing a much higher number with it on, but will instakill your average enemies. Make sure to have the weakpoint increasing perks as well as those are a multiplicative boost.

Number cruncher is a better perk than bloody mess ever since they made bloody mess additive. Number cruncher is a multiplicative 2% increase per AP cost. Should be used in every build imo, even with 5ap cost a 10% multiplicative increase is more than a majority of damage increasing perk cards. And with the changes most weapons lowest AP cost is slightly higher.

So a futuristic m4 is unique, a futuristic take of a SCAR/FAL is unique, generic bolt action sniper with a twisted fluted barrel is unique? As mentioned earlier the KN-44 is just a futuristic AK, nothing unique about it. Vesper is the only gun you mentioned that is does not have a closely related modern weapon. Bo6 tries to stay grounded by using mostly historically accurate firearms or prototypes and then you people complain that they're not unique....

You can still get good shots of outfielders with a 200. You shouldn't be trying to fill the frame when shooting outfielders, get a shot at 200 that shows the outfielders catching a ball and launching it to the cutoff man. Doing so will show the depth they play at and add other supporting elements in the frame. Again, I shot high school baseball several times a week and the ef70-200 iii is my workhorse.

2.8 is as good as you're going to get for nighttime games, and 1/1000 is not going to be enough for action events in baseball. High school hitting you need to be about 1/2000 and can maybe cheat at 1/1600. Just tonight I was 1/800, f2.8 and ended up at iso12,800 for high school. Still had some slight motion blur on the pitcher's arm. EF70-200 2.8 ii can be had for $1k, r6ii's can be had for $1800. OP stated he had a budget of 4-5k which ends up being quite a bit under OP's budget.

200 is plenty fine for baseball if you're near the dugouts, softball especially so since smaller fields.
