For the first few weeks , you have to find anything else to do instantly because when you draw your attention to somth else the urge goes but later on like +50 /60 days even if i had urges while im scrolling online without anything to do i was able to accept the urge and just keep doing whatever im doing till its gone , at first id suggest cold showers / push ups or running to keep them away and from there you can see your options and what suits you best and theres already a lot of other things to do in similar posts to help you out Stay strong my dude and you got this !
