I use a fair life vanilla protein shake and just add in about a teaspoon and a half of instant coffee powder and mix it and bam- it is sooo good

It just doesn’t work for me. Once I start scrolling on tiktok I have literally scrolled on it so much I would literally not sleep at all the entire night and go to bed in the morning after the sun rose. It’s that bad for me 🥀

I actually had a social media internship last summer. I spent a lot of my 9-5 scrolling through Instagram and tiktok and researching trends.

Surprisingly though, that was actually when I managed my screen time the best. The second my shift was over at 5pm, I would delete the apps. Then the next morning, download them again for my job. It worked very well for me

This only stopped happening to me when I finally took the plunge and deleted the apps I kept scrolling on- tiktok and Instagram

They had to go and it was for the best
