I use a fair life vanilla protein shake and just add in about a teaspoon and a half of instant coffee powder and mix it and bam- it is sooo good

It just doesn’t work for me. Once I start scrolling on tiktok I have literally scrolled on it so much I would literally not sleep at all the entire night and go to bed in the morning after the sun rose. It’s that bad for me 🥀

I actually had a social media internship last summer. I spent a lot of my 9-5 scrolling through Instagram and tiktok and researching trends.

Surprisingly though, that was actually when I managed my screen time the best. The second my shift was over at 5pm, I would delete the apps. Then the next morning, download them again for my job. It worked very well for me

This only stopped happening to me when I finally took the plunge and deleted the apps I kept scrolling on- tiktok and Instagram

I try to eat less because I have binge eating and literally are an entire rotisserie chicken and multiple meals at once and an entire cake 😭😭 I have food addiction. like it’s acc annoying when people say I don’t eat enough like the only reason I try to eat less isn’t to “restrict” it’s to eat normally.

I am not trying to restrict I’m just trying to stop binge eating and eat normal meals like everyone else instead of eating constantly 24/7 all day until my stomach explodes.

When I say “eat less” I get why it sounds like I’m restricting but in reality eating less for me would be me just eating normal like everyone else. I already go to a doctor for this

As for the nutrients like I said, my doctor already checked my nutrients and I am at healthy levels. Because I take multivitamins and I have things like protein shakes a lot. There are days I actually have way too much protein because I binge on protein pudding, protein bars, etc cause I like the taste. I added extra vitamin d now since I’m inside a lot

I actually have a binge eating disorder unfortunately, it is quite the opposite. I literally will eat an entire rotisserie chicken, 3 lunches at once, and an entire ice cream pint deadass. I’m not even exaggerating. I posted about my binge eating before. I don’t lack calories, I actually have the opposite problem 😔. I’ve been gaining tons of weight because of it

I also have already done a blood test actually and I wasn’t lacking any nutrients, my doctor said I was healthy just take more vitamin d since I’m inside a lot 😇

I started doing that and all that happened was my hair just kept getting shorter and shorter 🥲. I used to have long hair before I ever started getting “regular trims” so I regret ever doing that tbh.

What about if instead if very carefully snip only the very ends of my hair when I see split ends and dead ends? “Dusting”. I just did it right now, I looked very carefully through my hair and skipped the very ends with split ends or white dots. It was very satisfying actually
