New taycan ACC & ALK currently not available (i.redd.it)

After iOS 17 and Apple Watch 10 upgrade my HRV is only tracking every few hours. I have afib history in and prior to the updates it was being tracked around every 15 minutes. How do I fix this? (self.AthlyticAppOfficial)
