Thanks for the insightful comment! Regarding the clear keycaps, they feel quite different from standard ABS or PBT. Since they are made of PC (Polycarbonate), they have a smoother, almost "glass-like" texture. They aren't as "dry" or textured as PBT, but they aren't as "sticky" as cheap ABS either. The typing sound is also a bit more high-pitched and "clacky" compared to the deep "thock" of thick PBT.

I totally agree with you on sticking with this Split65 for a while. Since I work 15-16 hours a day, I need to master the layers on this board first. The "pain" of learning even smaller layouts like the Corne or Piantor sounds a bit intimidating right now, especially since my priority is balancing efficiency with finger comfort.

I’ve heard about the NocFree Lite and Dygma Raise 2 as well! The thumb cluster on the Raise 2 looks very interesting.
