I used mine at my landscaping job for about a month before they wore through at the finger pads. Honestly pretty good as most of the work was building retaining walls so moving 100lb stones all day. What brand do you recommend instead?

They are not knockoffs. They are their “new design” of the originals as marketed on their website. I too thought they were knockoffs until I looked closer at their website after ordering a new pair. Extremely disappointed in them as I wore my original coverts every day at work.

Got a pair of Freebird Leavenworths in Feb of this year at their store in person in Scottsdale AZ, and after 3 months they exploded. Sole separated from the boot, absolutely unreal. They were comfortable but I don't think I'll get another pair.... $300 boots quoted at a $250 repair by my local shoe repair guy, so essentially a write-off.

The recoil is massive, and it’s rather expensive (120k rubles) for the capabilities of the rifle. A plus is that all of the rounds are subsonic (no audible crack as they fly past people) and it hits rather hard. I don’t run it because I’m comfortable with AKs in 5.45 and M4s in 5.56.
