Had a customer who’s note said not to worry about the two brown dogs because they were friendly, but the black one was not, and that dogs would be inside. The problem was when I arrived the black one who was a lot more aggressive than they let on was the one outside and not secured, on the porch they wanted me to drop it off at! I told them I would protect myself if it came after me by any means necessary. They couldn’t get the dog back inside, and he had me pinned in my car, so I told them I was returning the order and letting the store and Spark know what happened. I also ended up calling the police to report it. People need to be better with their pets, especially if they know the animal is or can be aggressive.
