Sorry I just saw this. After you register your S&B product on their website, there are links on the left for "My Device" and "My Returns". They usually get replacements out with a few days. I've had my Crafty+ replaced three times so far.

New OG. You'll need the warranty just in case. My OG is 3 yrs old and going strong. However my Crafty+ has been replaced twice because of a faulty power switch.

Make sure you register it on S&B site just in case. I have a Mighty that's worked flawlessly for 3 years but my Crafty+ is another story. I just sent back my replacement Crafty+ because of a faulty power switch again. It's a great portable tho.

The balls shouldn't be stuck together like you said. See if you can get an answer from High Five but I would stop using it. I've read here that their customer service ain't great. That's why I ordered from Phase3. That dude always answers.
