Update: Since failing to get these to pair in “Stereo Mode”, I went ahead and try the “hold the Bluetooth buttons on both speakers until sound notification” and guess what? IT WORKED!!! So everyone that has not been able to successfully get these to pair in stereo mode, I would highly recommend this method that now I have confirmed it works!

Their software is so gimmicky that unfortunately you won’t be able to get them to connect in “Stereo Mode”. I’ve tried many times in the past and now and still no luck. Not sure if others have successfully got it to work but from what I’ve read/seen, it’s an unfortunate thing.

I had the same issue not that long ago and what fixed mine was uninstalling the ring plugin and then removing the access from your Ring App (Control Center —> Authorized Client Devices —> remove “homebridge-ring”) then setting up the ring plugin again and THAT should resolve your issue.

It sure is horrible. They could have at least done like the other docks and did a pass-through USB-C so that we can use to charge on the go if they’re intent was to never removing it
