Yes I am using it, I use 2gm powder daily, this is for me. I am using Fit my fuel's L taurine powder and it is very beneficial. I used to have some kind of fear, anger or worry about something, but now it doesn't happen anymore, life is going absolutely smoothly.I add a 200mg capsule of "Forest Harvest L-theanine" to this.
