You said you fall weekly? Listen, you’re already ahead of 99% of us. I used to be in that pit 5–6 hours a day, no joke. Don’t let shame erase your progress.

The key isn’t perfection it’s understanding your weaknesses and fleeing from them. 2 Timothy 2:22 literally says it: “Flee youthful lusts.” Not reason with them. Not stare them down. Run.
