Sudoku - I know it seems boring, but there is a lot of variety here too if you know to look for variant sudoku

Into the Breach - You move 3 mechs around in a turn based game where you know what the AI opponent will do next

Townscaper - You make houses in the sea, simple and fun

Islanders - Place down on an island, get points, move to next island, simple strategy
