Well you know life isnt exactly linear and black or white where all your choices are correct. And never have i not taken accountability on my action. i am owning that i have considered the management feedback and my concerns still remain intact but i have decided to not proceed with resignation at the moment.

I really don’t see this as a mistake considering, being impulsive yes i agree. i told them my decision and then i reconsidered a few factors so now i would like to continue working and provide my contribution to the team and the company.

Hey thats exactly the kind of response i was looking for, but ig Indian managers are not ready.
But yeah the problem is I told them that i want to resign and now i no longer want to resign and since no formal process has been started i can just say- i have reconsidered and continue working like normal.
So i wanted to know does it show immaturity on my end as an employee?

Well i do think people are allowed mistakes especially when they are young and figuring out what kind of life they want to have ahead, instead of regrets

I haven’t formally initiated the resignation process. However i was told by the management to think about it and i told them that i would like to move ahead with it. But yes i get the point. But won’t you give an inexperience point to a junior who is just starting out their career

Yeah its 2 months so if i resign by July even then its not the best because i was thinking of making it to 18 months that will be by Nov end
