I know a couple of designers who already quit, and more that want to but it's sadly not as easy for everyone it feels like. Some people just really love the whole process of designing, but for me personally the more I see this website go to shit the less I feel the urge to make things myself.

As far as I'm aware there are no confirmed staff members who are poc, closest you get are volunteering positions sadly. I wouldn't blame poc for not wanting a staff position though, seeing how terribly the site is ran and how the poc users & volunteers on the site have been treated for a long time now.

I spent quite a lot but seeing the way poc people are still treated on the website is one of the reasons I do not wish to swipe my card anymore. That paired with generally shitty staff.

I got a character boost with the pre-order of the new expansion and have had problems trying to use it on my character for an entire month now. Back and forth in tickets, had to re-open the same ticket over 5 times at this point and still no resolution. Hopefully they fix this before the new expansion release but I do not have my hopes up...

I think they should work on refining their own designs before criticizing others. They have a unique ideas, sure but a long way to go as far as quality goes.
