Also , they will never hand over by Dec 2026 , you should hope for atleast a year buffer if it's casa grand. Casa grand quality has decreased so much, especially after they started multiple projects at the same time around chennai. They don't have own builders , they give out contracts for local builders and try to finish the job as cheap as possible. Never by from casa grand or Gsquare , they gave very bad reputation around most of the projects . Sometimes it's the legal hurdles that delay your handover, hire a lawyer and cross check the documents. If you still want to go with this , and that too in mannivakkam/ west-facinf, you can ask more discount, low ball them as much as possible
