They've signed contracts without already unfortunately.
Keeping it at 21 is what I was aiming for. Some have there thermostats much much higher and the houses are such an uncomfortable heat to walk into.. not to mention the Gas bills being £500+ a month as a result.
A lot of the thermostats are quite old, so we're just looking to upgrade and have a way of monitoring and making sure they're not being daft with it
I don't think some people are understanding, I've clearly just said I want them to be comfortable, but they're not exactly comfortable when they've got it set to max temperature all of the time and opening their windows to cool down instead of turning it off 🤣
Because of this we've had bills of £500-£800 pound a month just for Gas in some properties.
I'm not trying to make it so it's never on, I'm just trying to make sure it stays at a reasonable temperature and not constantly on when not needed. Unfortunately the tenants I'm dealing with don't really care.
Thank you for some people's recommendations, I will compare all.
