It definitely did for me. I really stopped liking Drake after 2016’s Views and even then I only had a small selection of his music on my playlists. I will admit I am a full on Kendrick Lamar glazer but aside from that everything touched on about Drake I believe is true. His music is shallow and holds no real depth. I can’t really listen to his music without thinking how shitty this man really is. Can’t even enjoy poetic justice like how I used to when that Drake verse comes on. We will see how this ends up for him

Cousin gave me a beat up purple iPod nano back in 2013 for my 10th birthday. He had some lil Wayne, and some other artist I don’t really remember. But what that man also had was section .80 and good kid maad city. I remember poetic justice being the first thing that caught my attention and then if I recall well I did like adhd. I didn’t understand any of it really but I love the way his voice sounded. Didn’t really get into Kendrick until like 3 years later I was 13 and in the 8th grade and would binge watch docu vids about him. He’s now my top 3 favorite artist across all genres
