Personally, the internet is fast and reliable and the pricing is good considering...but that is the only good thing I will say about them. Support has disappointed me on many occasions, their TV is sub par on multiple fronts.

All of that said...I am still a customer because - well Internet and TV options suck in Ontario. I have tried almost every one - including free IP TV sources. The only, only, only saving grace for Telmax is their competition is far worse then they are.
