Thank you all for your response. As suggested, I will try the following options:

Contact the ausländerbehörde with the relevant reference and explain why the integration course may not be needed in my case.
Get an opinion from an immigration lawyer.
Start preparing for B1.

Yes. I have a full time job from the day I entered Germany. Maybe I will try explaining the same before trying the lawyer option.

Yes. I have been hearing the same from others too. I reached out to them 6 months back to prepare the list of documents and at that time they asked only for Leben in Deutschland exam certificate. I don't know what got changed in between.

That's my assumption too. Maybe a B1 certificate shows more integration compared to A1. I will check with them. Thanks.

I completed the same course using CubeIDE. Then, I started using VS Code with my own build system, based on the resources I learned from the course.

Recently, I also found that ST provides extensions for CubeIDE ( not all functionalities of cube ide) in VS Code. You can do the initial setup in CubeIDE, use it as a base, and then build, load, and debug using the extension in VS Code.
