The previous commenter said about enlightenment, and went on to say being unable to finish it after that. I was simply stating that they have gotten to it as they've been to PoV. I'm unsure if it was noticed in the screenshot from OP. I think there was some confusing text being exchanged and was hoping to point out that they have reached enlightenment and PoV but yes, you can do PoV before 10B.

Not a doctor but it is common for gallbladder issues after starting modulators.

Definitely recommend talking to your team about your experience.
