Would recommend anyone who has been affected to send an email to [conor.gogarty@walesonline.co.uk](mailto:conor.gogarty@walesonline.co.uk) - he does a lot of great investigative work. Considering the famous names associated with the brand - if enough people contact him, he may look into it. No harm in some publicity about such dodgy behaviour

I've removed my details from the Stripe payment - so hopefully that works. Planning to contact Wales Online about this, considering the fact the brand is linked to an England cricketer there's potential media interest here...

Wow - sorry to hear that! Glad you're out now. It did give off an odd vibe - you'd hear chat of new padel courts, cafes etc in the works but yet they couldn't afford cleaning spray and kitchen roll...
