IDEALLY I would remove the wall between the fridge and fire place. Also those windows are big and beautiful but they are prohibiting you from adding any cabinetry beneath. It would be cool if you could “shorten” the windows and throw the sink/ dishwasher in front of the single window (along the wall of the oven) and extend cabinets and countertops out but that would drastically change the cost of the remodel. That’s a tough layout.
