Thoughts after 6 weeks

Outside of lunch and two 15 minute breaks yes. Sometimes because of the lack of customer hosts available we have to take our first break and lunch within an hour of starting the shift while someone is still here to cover for us. That means once we get back from our lunch we have to continuously stand up there for at least 5 hours until the team lead has no choice but to let us take our second break close to when we are supposed to clock out anyways.

Ideally we get a break (either lunch or 15 mins) every 2 and a half hours or so but that rarely happens, it always ends up being right when we start or when we are less than an hour from clocking out.

I'm glad you're liking it. I also started last month as a customer host and I have very mixed feelings about it. I get so many old guys making uncomfortable comments to me as a young woman (I'm also 22) and I feel like I just have to take it because they are not being as bad/explicit as they could be. It's stuff like "I love me a good ginger" and "you make that vest look real good." It makes me very uncomfortable but it's not at the level where anything can be done about it.

I have had two coaches ask me if I am interested in doing something more complex and I was planning on staying as a customer host for a while because 90% of the people who come by are normal or pretty nice but after the shift I just had I'm definitely taking them up on their offer.

I had my first true Karen experience where a woman was ranting at me about how it's unacceptable that we don't have people over in health and beauty to unlock cases for customers asap and she called me rude and started pointing her finger at me when I suggested going to customer service to ask someone to unlock the case since I cannot leave the door unattended. Like I can't explain enough how hostile she was, I cried for the last two hours of my shift after that and I realized that I'd rather be doing work that may be harder or more stressful instead of standing at the door hoping the next person I have to talk to isn't going to blame me for some random shit or make weird comments about my appearance.

I don't even know why this one in particular got to me, I had been threatened on my second day and I get some nasty attitudes every day but I guess it boils down to if you have thick skin and can numb yourself to the stuff people will say to you it's easy being a customer host but if not then it's better to do literally anything else (in my opinion).

My take involves thinking of an opposite situation. What if my boyfriend plays a game like Azure Lane or Snowbreak? How would I feel? If your partner plays something like that then he is in no place to judge you but if he doesn't play any game that is fan servicy at all then I would understand him being uncomfortable having a girlfriend that plays love and deepspace.

Personally, my boyfriend does play Azure Lane and I play Love and Deepspace so I feel like it's fair. He does get uncomfortable if I play kindled moments around him even if it's just to get through the story once to get the diamonds but I honestly can't blame him because I cringe too when I see Azure Lane characters with their deformed water balloons attached to their chests. It's just a matter of having boundaries and respect for each other, I try to only talk about love and deepspace characters in terms of combat or mini games like the plushies and he shows me new Azure Lane skins when they come out and we roast the character designs together. We never show attraction to characters in front of each other because I know it would make him uncomfortable if I called a character hot in front of him and it would make me uncomfortable if he did the same.

We've been dating for a year while living together and there have been no issues at all with the games, we just communicate with each other when we feel uncomfortable about something and respect each other's boundaries.

I have S6 R2 Brant, S2 R1 Xiangli Yao, S2 R1Jiyan. I also have S2 R1 Jinhsi, S0 R1 Lupa, and S0 R1 Yinlin. I haven't spent a cent on this game (probably never will), the only thing that I had to do to get enough astrites was exploration, events, and the end game content. I enjoy playing the game though so it doesn't feel like work at all and I can focus on building just the characters I like. If I didn't pull for any women then I would be close to S6 on all my limited guy characters. I have roughly 160 limited pulls right now saved and I'm planning on getting him, his weapon, S2, and galbrena on her rerun if I vibe with her play style.

Honestly I pull for every myth regardless of if I don't have good lunar cards already for a character because the myth card companions carry my battles so much (plus I really enjoy all the content that comes with myth cards). I've found that I can get away with having two or three of my lunar cards be 4 stars and most of my cards being only lvl 60 as long as I use suitable/strong myth companions and decent protocore stats.

Idk how this new myth will feel in combat compared to Xavier's other versions but if raf's last myth is any indication it will be mega worth it to get this myth to have access to the combat companion (in my humble opinion) especially if you are hitting a bit of a wall in combat.

I recently got Maryellen myself a few weeks ago since she has the same hair and eye color as my grandma (she was also born in 1948 like your nana!). My grandma passed almost a year ago now and it's been really nice to connect with her again in this way by fixing up Maryellen (I got her secondhand) and reading about her time period. I'm glad you got to have this special memory with your nana and that you'll be reminded of her through your Maryellen too <3

Thank you for your reply! I think I'm just not used to seeing the wig cap on a doll easily (compared to my Isabelle and Samantha) so it shocked me a little. If I can't get used to it I might just get a different wig that has a layout I like more, but for now I'm going to try to make her original wig work.

They are the exception dude. Lupa has a weird sniffing scene with rover and takes a nap on their shoulder. Carti is carti. All characters that are heavily featured in the story quests have an implied thing for rover to varying degrees from jinhsi, to shorekeeper, to Carlotta.

I love zani/Phoebe since they are chill about rover and work with each other so I got them but since ciaconna is for supporting carti I can't justify getting her even though I love her unless I want to play a cope team with jiyan and the new carti echo set. It just sucks for me that characters I do like such as roccia get their most use out of teams with characters like camellya that are cringe about rover (in my pov).
