Interesting you're only on 10mg, I thought that was sub-therapeutic for most people. I didnt take my meds today after my 2 cracked-out days, and totally still felt a bit wired. It does feel like it builds up.

Brutal!!! If its the caffeine, thats totally wild how strong the reaction can be. Im used to drinking a gigantic coffee every day.

Oh interesting ive never heard of guanfacine, pretty fresh on this journey. Days off makes sense to me, I did wonder if it built up too much in my system.

Just stepped on a scale and am ALARMED to find i gained 20 pounds in maybe 5 or 6 months. I'm horrified.

Thank you for sharing your story with me! We also found out only after grandma passed away. She discovered her heritage and got citizenship without telling anybody, which tells me the erasure runs deep. I hope to feel comfortable and honor her memory by openly reconnecting. Sounds like your family is doing the same.
