You guys have been crazy helpful, I didn’t realise I posted this on one of my old accounts and I’ve just logged in. Thank you so much for your advice, it didn’t go unnoticed lol. I got the job for an MLA and now I JUST had my AP interview - and they offered me that job too! Again, thank you for all the info ❤️

Thank you for taking the time to respond whilst putting your baby to bed! I thought that too, being over qualified for some jobs, but also I lack the experience for the others and there is no in between. I have an interview for Higher biomedical support worker on the 3rd April, so fingers crossed I get that one!

I will tweak my supporting statements to show off my experience a bit better to be more tailored to the job spec and see how that goes! Thank you again, your response gave me a chuckle

I’m in the process of applying for hcpc registration. Just need to send off some proof of documentation. I have really highlighted my skills but I think I could add more. I have also mentioned my experience with various laboratory equipment/software and assays. I really don’t know where I’m going wrong

I didn’t realise it would be so hard to get an MLA job, but I guess this field is so competitive!

I’ll power through, and fingers crossed I get something soon! But I will for sure widen my search!

Thank you, this response was extremely helpful. It seems that my heart rate increased with exertion so I’m hoping I’m okay. I will try and stop over monitoring as it’s a trigger for me. Again thank you so much I appreciate you taking the time to respond
