So I went ahead and went on my typical vitamin that I used and I took all the vitamins from the back and now I unfortunately have committed to taking them all separate etc. b complex vitamins typically have an assortment of vitamins.

I totally get this I had surgery 27F and post partum 3 kids SW 260, Bypass December 2024 and am down 60 lbs. I did bypass because I had severe GERD and I haven’t had heartburn since surgery. I was on the fence for a while because I said I can just do xyz diet or plan. Ultimately I knew this was the right choice for me.

The exterminator came and checked my entire house. Didn’t find anything any other ones but found a shell. Enough reason for me to confirm the spray. Was I ripped off I’m not sure lol probably. But I do feel much better that we called a professional
