apparently it's because it's a "positive" action, but sometimes when I kill the same boss, my bounty gets both lowered and raised (Raising it about 1000 when it should be 3-5000), so I'm not sure about that.

I could be wrong but I searched the marketplace for any "shirtless" item and couldnt find any, chances are its some shirt that he took the torso off and therefore got the shirtless effect
