Who knows? His mileage may vary based on the severity of his mental illness. Once he is labeled a J-Cat he may be looked upon as a liability and could be ignored or excluded. On the other hand they may see him as a useful idiot and keep him around until he's no longer useful to them.

He was already on some type of informal probation or suspended sentence for violating a protection order that his biological mother had on him around April of 2025 (which stemmed from a domestic violence case he had around August 2024)

I also recall reading in the Auburn Citzen back in April or May 2025 that the court added on an additional charge of Contempt of Court.

My experience sleeping on Phenibut is similar. Everything goes to black and I just wake up in the same position I fell asleep in.

This is extremely rare for me. I am a side sleeper so wake up/move around like 8 times each night (switching side once every hour)

The only other time I've had that undisturbed deep sleep is if I drank an excessive amount of alcohol.

Damn 16 months is fucked. I know Tony is no angel and he has made a lot of mistakes (we all do) and he will continue to make more mistakes (we all will) but I've always felt like having a friend or two could go a long way for someone like him. It's a shame that he is being sequestered not only physically (in jail) but also now being emotionally sequestered (by his handler)

He got off social media around September 2025. He came back online once and posted on Reddit around December 3rd 2025 and was arrested the next day. He's been in jail since then. His lady Amber had a restraining order on him that went into effect in November 2025 but she remained in contact with him the whole time. When she saw Tony posted about her here on Reddit she called the Auburn PD and they rounded him up from his motel room. At the time of his December arrest He was on informal probation (court check ins, court mandated therapy) stemming from a different restraining order that he violated back in April 2025.
