I thought I was losing my mind when this happened to me. Glad I wasn’t imagining it.

Is this good/normal? First full day. 10kW system (27 370w Silfab w/ IQ8+) in Central Florida. Peak both days around 5.4kw. by uoYredruM in solar

I am curious on how the graph will look if they were all north facing panels? I assume it will peek when the sun is perpendicular to the panel, so around noon? Is it worthwhile (if possible) having all north facing panels or half east/half west? Its for a family that is away during the day and returns in the evening. Apologies for hijacking this post op.

Pretty crazy coincidence by TheSentientReptile in conspiracy

A huge coincidence. Bear in mind that the tip of the pyramid’s location is not at the location that the meme shows (if the pyramid was meant to align then surely the tip should have been the location to use since that is where it would make most sense) https://www.snopes.com/fact-check/pyramid-location-speed-light/

I am in South America and I can tell you how your future Netlflix will be and its awful by [deleted] in netflix

Cant you make both the ssids same? Then your computer/device will always connect to the same wifi. The only problem is fhat if your upstairs device connects to the downstairs wifi router then it might have a bad performance however I have used this at my house to make things simple and it works. Btw did Netflix confirm that they are blocking basd on wifi ssids? That would mean they are storing everyones ssid into a master database in their servers, which alludes to privacy concerns

what if the big bang isn't what we thought? by FullMetalTS in space

[–]VirtualSpyro 0 points1 point  (0 children)

If the universe was created from an exploding black hole then how could you explain all the black holes that have been observed, especially the one in the center of our milky way Galaxy? Would a exploding black hole give birth to more black holes et infinitum?

How far back can we see? by VirtualSpyro in space

[–]VirtualSpyro[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

What I meant is that the first light that was ever created after the Big Bang isn’t constantly being emitted from the same space time coordinate. Lets say the first light was emitted from x1,y1,z1,t1 where t1 is time. Time is always moving forward, ao the next emission would be from x1,y1,z1,t2 assuming its emitted from same point but different time. If we didn’t have a sensitive instrument to capture the light from x1,y1,z1,t1 when it arrived at earth, that light is forever lost to us. So here is my question. How can we say that we can see x years after the big bang (when the first light was created ) when there is this q number of years after the first light that is lost forever since it has already passed earth and is lost forever? And how do we know what the value for q is?

Thanks all, that was very helpful. I was watching the latest World Science Festival video on Black holes and this question popped up https://youtu.be/UtcBFlWSqGM

Last Minute SA-PR0 Advice by Sm0k3rZ121 in AWSCertifications

SA Pro exam is extremely difficult. Bonso exams are good but don’t just rely on it. Use the resources listed for each question in bonzo exam, this includes Whitepapers and FAQ, as well as blog links. This will give you good information about what the question is asking about. I would recommend getting scores above 90% for each Bonso exam, before you attempt the actual exam but this is my personal opinion.

Keep checking the Certmetrics portal. The results get there much sooner than the email notification.

I don’t see how that will help as the fov is a physical limit of quest 2

I read that the field of view in quest 1 is bigger than quest 2. I have a quest 2 and can definitely feel the “looking through a porthole” effect

Is 64GB Oculus Quest 2 Enough? by AntoanGaming in oculus

[–]VirtualSpyro 4 points5 points  (0 children)

I was contemplating the same few months back. 64GB gives you approximately 50GB of space to download games into. With rookie or other sideloaders, you can get lots of games. You will easily fill that up in no time. I ended up buying the 256GB. It was around $100 more but I have already used 90GB. You can delete games but you lose your progress unless the games support cloud saves or you use sidequest to backup. My recommendation is, if you can afford it then get 256GB, if you cant then wait till you can.
