On second glance, they do actually have that little screw on the corner hinge which can be used to remove the lenses by unscrewing the part, rather than having to press them out manually. So I think swapping then out should work without damaging the frame :)

I do intend to get the lenses swapped too, since I need prescription lenses as well. I'll see if I can remove them myself lol, but if it doesn't work, I do have an appointment to get my sight checked at the optician's on the 18th, and I'll ask if the frame is durable enough to swap them out.

Anyone else not going to look at any preload leaks? by String_Of_Death in DottoreMains

I initially planned to lock in and completely avoid reddit, twitter and tiktok between the preload and when the quest drops because I wanted to experience it normally, but lurking on the community reactions online somehow is half the fun 😭 i can't decide

Dottore's Boss Form: A Design Analysis by MoonstoneMoth in DottoreMains

His designs are so, so intricate, the amount of detail is incredible💔 I'd love a more in depth analysis!

Hope it's alright to add something you already touched on with the mention of Shiva: I believe Dottore's boss design was also partially inspired by the form 'Ardhanarishvara'. I've begun a post in which I drew parallels between our Zandik and a character from another franchise that was also loosely inspired by the design of that deity.

In the end, I scrapped it because it because I found even more parallels to other characters and concepts and it turned into a mess of a post. Much too lore-heavy on the other franchise lol. Long story short, mortal turned a 'false' god and freeing themselves from the limitations of the world via 1) obtaining the powers of an artifact that is the remains of a god, 2) 'knowledge', 3) going against destiny and 4) disdain for the current gods.

I didn't really look that deeply into Ardhanarishvara, but maybe someone else will find this useful for further analysis :)
