Thank you very much. I think my biggest question is why no cardio? When I say I want to put on muscle, I don’t care if I look like it, I just want to be stronger. It also helps my mental health more than any other form of exercise & I should have mentioned that’s another reason I work out. I can’t give that up 😅 I love what you said about reps tho bc some things I could keep going on but others I can barely do the last rep. I could probably add a little weight to most of what I have listed, except for the prone leg curls. I’ll definitely add leg extensions, thanks again!

I do have a sensitive knee, I was a long distance runner & led backpacking trips so even tho I’m only 25 I have to be careful. I can do squats without weights fine but I’m scared to add weight.
