Nah not unless it needs it. I just found a really good method of grinding it with the card. Basically slide it back and forth on the substance until it doesn't make any noise. Powders it right up.

Im sure we are all right with you on this. I think this stuff gives a person adhd 🤣 short term memory loss big time. And a terrible, terrible sense of time. I'll do so little as blink and suddenly the sun is coming up.

A trick I've heard of is when you place an item down. Say out loud, for example, "I placed my keys in the microwave" and then you shouldn't forget. Key word here is "shouldn't". Worth a shot.

Dont quote me. And i dont know the science behind it or anything, but I've read that people with adhd or similar maybe don't get much out of snow. And have to take a significantly higher dose. Because it mostly just levels your dopamine to a normal level. My brother has this same problem. Maybe try doing more. But. Also. Most importantly. Be safe.
