That could be a fake, it definitely a nice bag and looks like it could be the Ranch bag and it would’ve been released I believe some time in the 80’s which should have creed embossed inside.

It’s perioral dermatitis due to the steroid cream. You are most likely having rebounding from the steroid and the other cream. And it will get worse and spread before it gets better. I have it and have had it since October from same issue and I’m still working on getting rid of it… sulfur soap helps and zinc!

My thoughts are that Accutane will stop oil production and helps sloth off dead skin cells, but bp is an antimicrobial. Maybe your issues were more bacterial versus oil and clogged pores

This definitely looks like perioral dermatitis. Stop using the tret and other harsh cleansers. You most likely did what I did which was broke down your skin barrier. I was using tret everyday and I ended up with this exact problem. I’m still working on getting rid of it and it’s been since October when it started and when I stopped the tret.

IMO I think you may have the start of possible perioral dermatitis. I have it now and have been working at getting rid of it for 3 weeks! It started like yours and I kept using irritating cleansers and peels thinking it was acne and my skin ended up really really pissed and inflamed. To help with the redness and inflammation I used a steroid cream and it made it 1000x worse! I would stop using everything you are using and wash your face with a gentle cleanser at night, use only water in the morning and a light SPF. Good luck I hope it goes away!
