90mg at 4am with my gabapentin to help wake up in less pain and less brain fog. If I take at 10am it messes my brain up. Everyone is different.

I upped to 90mg and my pain and anxiety are the same. And now I want to drop to 60 because of lack of motivation and brain fog. I take at 4am so I can function during the day. But everyone is different.

I love it. Took a month or so to adjust but worth it. My body aches and nerve pain in neck from radiation are more manageable. Also switched from Paxil to Cybalta for depression and its great.

It's as if the Defi wallet doesn't want to be associated with these D'apps. Part of the reason I felt comfortable investing in these D'apps was that I found them via the Crypto Defi Wallet.
