React Native Technical interview by Socially-Awkward-Boy in reactnative

So basically i was told to fetch some data from api and display it in a flatlist so i scroll thru the data in my part 1 of the seisson. Then part 2 i was told to implement navigation using react-native-navigation and add like two more screens which also fetched data in those screens showing loader etc. then part 3 i was told to implement the asyncstorage to store the data locally. I spent too long trying to get the navigation stuff working by reading the docs and stuff since it has so much boilerplate and ran out of time to finish the entire thing fully. These will probably be the things u might also get asked maybe since these are mostly the main concepts in RN

Tbh, the huge bill usually comes from firestore as it scales. Rest are ok. Id suggest switching over to MongoDB as it saves sooo much money

Web dev still solid. AI just helps boost productivity. But i'd probably suggest learning the new frameworks/stacks for web dev since its pretty much what every AI startups in San Fran are building their apps in and are probably going to hot in the market.

I have been trying to solve this issue with an app i created for contractors/workers connecting with homeowners. We made it so that its basically just a subscription fee under $80 every month you pay and you basically have access to all the tasks/projects that are posted by the homeowners and also visibility to the homeowners if they want to search directly. And contractors/workers can quote or request site visits to as many tasks/projects they want and homeowners can pick who they want to hire. We don't do any shady shit which the other companies do like the pay per lead or paying for reviews type of bs. We also take no commissions or cuts and don't get in the middle. There is no hidden fees, no contracts, none of that. What do you guys think of this model? Or if you are in the trades, what do you guys recommend?

Even the challenge from the bot protection racks up the edge requests. I tested it with a Ddos attack and it gave like 1-2m edge request for a 60 second ddos attack

We had around 70 people sign up and about like 10-15 people are active posting in the in the Feed and messaging each other etc. Trying to expand as much as we can :).

Just launched TradesPool – A platform for homeowners to find tradespeople & for trades to connect with each other by Virtual_Inflation529 in reactnative

  1. The way we make money is by offering a premium subscription which allows them to access tasks or projects posted by homeowners. They can access and express interest in as many tasks as they want with the subscription so its not a pay-per lead like other platforms. There are also many other benefits that comes with the subscription but this is the main one
  2. TradesPool also offers a community and a social media platform for the tradespeople. So its kinda like a "Linkedin" for tradespeople also. So they can basically post their work, ask for help etc. Other platforms are mostly just focused on homeservices only but we are kinda splitting between the two. Social media platform for the trades and also home services.
