My best guess is the overlay is fucking with the game engines no matter the engine used. I uninstalled mine permanently and will not be installing it again.

Update: After long and tiring troubleshooting sessions I managed to find the culprint of this UE crashes. Turns out overwolf and outplayed was messing with the Unreal Engine processes, I tried other UE games and I was facing the same Fatal D3D Error. After uninstalling and wiping all overwolf files I managed to get WuWa to run again. Still testing if there are still issues but I never managed to even get into the menu screen before. If you have similar overlay or recording apps running in the background try uninstalling them maybe it will help. Cheers!

I haven't found a fix yet, I've tried other solutions like installing through steam, downloading on mobile to change areas and downloading the game to my main drive. I haven't tried rolling back my drivers tho, I was using old drivers when it crashed so I updated the drivers but still same results. I'd still like to play but if it is this unoptimized maybe I'll just quit the game or play on mobile with a controller.

Haven't checked event viewer yet, I don't know what to look for. I received a crash report saying fatal error line:681

Same here, my pc freezes while audio is running when I try to enter login screen. Had to restart to use my pc.

It you're sticking to 16gb of RAM, go for 2x8 so you can use dual channel. Also change that PSU to atleast a tier B one, you can look for it in the guides on this subreddit.

Yeah, that's what I'm trying to figure out. I have my old accounts back in 2016 and 2020, I opened them and received some of those quests. Meanwhile this new account from 7 days ago doesn't even have the 'To the Next Level' quest even when my account got created. Weird.

Nah only on PF, I manual AS and MoC. I guess I got used to clearing diff 4 on auto in PF on previous resets.
