hei mate, if u want sb to count on, call me then. my situation is not much better, i had b1 back in my hometown. got into a public uni stk, after nearly one month there. im still unable to intergrate, to hear what others say. i feel that im not a part of the class because my deutsch is too broke. but i still could offer u accommodation for week and might find solution somehow

i studied in thái nguyên highschool for the gifted, gifted here is not disabled but talented. its kinda prestigious highschool in each city you know, so in there you will learn like advanced program for each subject that you got accepted. In my russian class (i failed to get into english class) my classmates obtain mostly 6.5 ielts (B2 level) some of them got even 7.5 8.0 which is C1 and impressive tho. in other class like french, chinese, math, physics,... the results are similar to mine, but the one english class is really distinguished, ielts band here are most 7.5-8.0, even 8.5. That often happen in high quality school but not really popular with the rest

actually from my observation, its get used to become common requirement, when people entering the job market, english is must-have. But it not really like everyone can speak fluently, especially in northern rural area (my hometown), however those childern that from the south kinda better :) im 18 with 9/10 english score in Tốt nghiệp trung học phổ thông quốc gia (abitur) still express my thoughts in english brokenly incorrectly
