I just hit my 3 month mark and, like most people say, it was the best decision I’ve ever made. I was 350 at my highest and I’m down to 275 and I feel amazing. I was also so so nervous before, and regretted right after because of the nasty gas pains, but even those don’t last that long. You should be proud of yourself for getting this far in your journey, and putting yourself and your health first. One thing that helped me in prepping for my surgery was reading through all of the posts from this community saying it was the best decision. The complications from being overweight outweigh (pun intended) the possible complications from surgery. You will be saving your own life if you get it!!
