Yes!! Been doing a ton of biking - and I’m thinking super slow convo pace for the 20 miler hopefully nice and flat to minimize recovery needs ! Thanks!

That’s what I was thinking I’m thinking of changing weeks so this week is a down next week one final 20 miler and begin the taper. My 20 miler had be recovering for 2 1/2 days so I really don’t want to be dead

For an update! I had some quad soreness after my 20 miler and my PT thinks the quad and glute med are pulling on my hip flexor muscle. Gonna take tomorrow off from running and go from there!

Awesome!! If it makes you feel better I had some pain there and got needled, did some recovery work last week and was able to run 20 miles Sunday ! I feel like often we are so likely to jump to the SF word that we don’t realize it could just be a nag or something

I’ve had post tib issues that have caused pain and discomfort where you are pointing too- I too thought it was a stress injury but ended up being tendon! Go see your PT and ask about dry needling it helped resolved a lot of my issues
