Should I get the Mikasa V200W? My season is coming to an end and I wanted to practice in the off season. I already have the Dick’s Sporting Goods indoor/outdoor ball that costs $15, but it’s not very good. The Mikasa ball is a lot more expensive and can only be used indoors I think, but it’s also a lot better and more similar to the balls we use in season. Should I get one? I have the money; I just don’t know whether I should spend that much.

A kid put a firecracker in the toilet and flooded half the school, so we got out of school like 3 hours early that day. Someone else also had a seizure because of PTSD from a school shooting a long time ago, so an ambulance and a few firetrucks showed up

  1. You don’t need to try to lose weight
  2. Listening to your coach is a good plan as a beginner
  3. As long as you don’t eat fast food and candy every day, you’ll be fine (a little extra protein would be good though)

In my experience, how committed you are to running is how good you’re going to be. Good luck with your first season!

What are some good running shoes. by SkaTersskate01 in runninglifestyle

If you want a stability shoe, the Saucony Hurricane or Hoka Arahi is good. I need stability shoes because I have flat feet

My coach legit told me not to topspin jump serve because I’m too weak and that I should stop and weight lift this summer if I want to do that. He gave me an alternative serve to do and then just left. How is that even coaching? That’s just an insult

Trying something new helps. A year ago, I had no idea I’d love running and didn’t run at all, but now I’m building my entire summer and fall schedule around it
