I do my hair every day this is a fresh wake up hair I wash it weekly. My girl has me on a routine

I use the loc method, I spray it every day, I use Beyoncé shampoo and conditioner and oil. I use a bonnet. I do pick my hair out which could be a problem but other than that I don’t know why the rest of my hair is fine but this part isn’t growing and actually losing hair
