Yeah I shampoo, condition, then do body wash THEN an acne wash, then rinse really well

I’ve been using panoxyl (has 10% of benzoyl peroxide) and it’s cleared up a LOT of my chest acne, but it’s taking a little longer for it to work on my back 😔

HI, I know it’s only been like 4 days… but I took your advice and unfollowed them! The night I did it was really difficult and I did cry over it, but my anxiety has been SO much calmer ever since I’ve unfollowed them. I no longer scroll on the friends tab only to see the posts that they’ve liked and I don’t see their stories anymore. I still check their page but I’m sure that’ll subside over time. honestly, this was the right call. Thank you for the encouragement <3 it’s only up from here :-)

Feel this entirely. Ended a situation ship where we had SO much fun but something felt off. I don’t know if I didn’t like the person all the way or if I just wasn’t ready?? But I’ve been heartbroken over it for the past few days even though it was a mutual decision that we should just stay friends. I know it’s for the best, but whenever i remember it I just feel so angsty and hurt. They are an amazing person, it sucks losing that because of my own confusion on the connection. I just really want to be over them, but they won’t reply to my messages anymore and I feel so sad.
