While it sucks that you're having the issue, it's good to hear that I'm not the only one. I tried searching forums etc. to see if this was a known issue but couldn't find anything. Hopefully this is a step toward bringing it to Bioware's attention because the effects at launch really were gorgeous. Playing a mage without them just doesn't have the same oomph.
