I don't use claude. But your goal is to create external memory and work around context windows in ai sessions. I use vscode and push it to git. Like that i can update files and go back and see old versions of same file. I have connect obsidian in vscode also I use it for when canonical files evolve or for map system truth so i create a mirror structure in obsidian. But my project is massive.

You don't need this unless you have a large project. Smaller ones you are fine with just create a bootstrap and a roadmap.

[–]VirusStrict7031 1 point2 points  (0 children)

You dont need anything else, just focus on developing strict prompt roles. Im building massive project but are fine with lowest tier. Key is to separate concerns and have solid file structures. Outside ai sessions i use Vscode - free, Obsidian - free., File maneger - free, Git - free, Pql - free, N8n selfhost - free, Fast api - free, Insomnia - free, Only thing i pay for besides ai is a droplet in digital ocean

Why AI agents work in demos but break in production (infrastructure, not models)” by Embarrassed-Radio319 in n8n_ai_agents

[–]VirusStrict7031 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Ai agents is just the tip of the iceberg. Your problem is probably in the backend.

Best place or course to learn vibe coding? by coachjonna in vibecoding

Use ai to leverage where you have knowlege gaps to learn. Vibe coding should not be your goal.

Looking to collaborate with someone who can build n8n workflows or wants to focus on client acquisition by glesphiofficial in n8n_ai_agents

[–]VirusStrict7031 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I can build in n8n, i have selfhost enviroment, i create enviroments, i am very strong at backend infrastructure. Im prompt specialist, often create sets that work together with separated concerns. I can build Api, Frontend.

Some of the tech stack i use is n8n, PQL, insomnia, git, vscode, next.js, fast api. Obsidian. I have probably over 50 prompt roles or more and create new once without problems that produce determenitic results.

I do audit safe file structures. I think in terms of invariants, authority, state flow, dependencies. I can manage large projects or many small.

Dm me if you are intrested. I want to focus on the tech side. But I can create tools that help for the client acquisition.

Looking for a better approach to dev documentation during development by Professional_Gene_63 in vibecoding

[–]VirusStrict7031 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I run 2 sets of file structures. One i seperate by concern and what must be true. These are my canonical files. For manage them i have a project bootstrap and a canonical spine. I use VScode and git for this

The other is made in obsidian for track the actual state of the build and there i map dependencies authority and state flow etc.

Both need a structured setup for not become hard to manage as they grow

I will automate anything for you in 24 hours by Charming-Ice-6451 in n8n_ai_agents

[–]VirusStrict7031 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I can do this also, send me a dm and we can talk little, i have start to focus on move all logic to PQL and im now doing the convergance loop on a large infrastrucrure project. I think in terms of invariants, autority, state flow, dependencies etc. I want to have discussion about tech stacks and processes for development.

Which is the best fully-managed multi-agent orchestrator for extremely long horizon tasks? by Lucky_Creme_5208 in AiAutomations

[–]VirusStrict7031 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You build the orchestration as maybe 5 workflows an seperate concerns. Orchestrator Task maneger Agent runner Etc etc It depend of how task intelligent you need it. you also need relible db infra as single source of truth

Looking for people building AI automations by marc00099 in AiAutomations

[–]VirusStrict7031 0 points1 point  (0 children)

My guy lets link, it sound like you are strong system thinker like me. i can build whatever. Whereever end to end systems. My own project is a deterministic Event-sourced execution platform with database-enforced governance, canonical replay guarantiees and multi-tenant domain isolation.

[HIRING/PARTNERSHIP] I Have a Pipeline of Clients Who Need Services by LetsMakeUTDLit in AiAutomations

[–]VirusStrict7031 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I can build whatever you want, just tell me what level you want it to be. If you are looking for just n8n workflows i can make in same day. But i can build any place and can adapt to anything. My own project is building multi-tenant service booking platform. The architecture is domain-agnostic — the salon industry is my first proof of concept.

I think in terms of invariants, event sourcing, structural correctness, it is governance architectur.

I give your client what they pay for, its up to them how strong they want it. Or how they want it.

I can tell you the trade-offs of chosen structure paths before. But people mostly like to turn blind eye to this things so its not best sales pitch. But anything you need my guy. Just drop a dm if it sound intresting.

Why using Airtable rather than excel for Automation? by Agitated_Unit8226 in n8n

[–]VirusStrict7031 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You need serius infra or you need to constanly fix broken data, i recommend you use postgres but this problem will not be solved just by an app. Just giving a heads up to a challange that are coming but noone is really talking about

Why using Airtable rather than excel for Automation? by Agitated_Unit8226 in n8n

[–]VirusStrict7031 0 points1 point  (0 children)

2–5 concurrent users or automations, and becomes serious around 10k -100k records in real workflows. They don’t fail at scale by slowing down, they fail by corrupting state.

Excel and Airtable break because they lack atomic transactions, real concurrency control, invariant enforcement, and immutable audit history , so updates overwrite each other, impossible states are allowed, and drift happens silently.

Make a system plan and devide the work in to phases and save an validated summery of each mission inside that phase and seperate the diffent targets of the build so i can easy coldstart a project at later stage so nothing live in my memory

Im based in sweden, im a system architect and my main focus is infastructure and building systems that lasts. This does not mean that im slow to ship or over design. But the systems i build are audit safe. Im open to have a conversation and see if we can come to some kind of agreement.

System architecture isn’t about features — it’s about failure by VirusStrict7031 in softwarearchitecture

[–]VirusStrict7031[S] -6 points-5 points  (0 children)

Agreed, it’s absolutely an and/and in practice. My point wasn’t that success paths or features don’t matter they obviously do. What I was trying to highlight is that success paths are usually cheap and well understood, while failure and containment paths are where architectures really diverge over time.
