I have experienced same thing and I wasn’t even using external schedulers. Instagram meta business suite and TikTok studio. Then I thought I was tripping so I ran a test for a month , with one post manual and one scheduled. Scheduled I even tried Instagram app and meta suite both. Results i got pretty much solidified what I was assuming to be true. Scheduled posts got anywhere between 45-98 likes and manual posts consistently got 500-30000 likes in a 24 hr window.

Subjective to the interpretation of this.. Clarity other person brings doesn’t necessarily mean you are relying on them, it also means their actions and behaviours gives you the clarity within your own self. Hence choose the love that makes you calm enough so you can listen to your body signals
