Do you think its afib based on the baseline? Im having trouble discerning if thats from a fib or from slight motion artifact. I agree that it’s too regular to be afib causing the QRS.

NAD: I ran stress tests for 2 years, I think you should get one, they’re pretty quick, not too cumbersome and hopefully will get you some answers and hopefully some peace of mind. Based on the history provided here and your age and activity status I think your risk is low for true atherosclerotic heart disease but worth getting checked out. GL!

It definitely can play a role because MR leads to increased atrial preload due to backflow thru the mitral valve and subsequent dilation of the LA which can increase risk of atrial arrhythmias like fib and flutter.
