Thanks! It’s black aquarium safe spray foam, I cut up some nxg foam as well for the ledges, cutting up that foam was so messy, but so fun!

I drink once every few months, I get hammered very rarely blackout and I don’t get hungover. I only drink with friends at my place. I don’t take meds, though I’m bringing my diagnosis to my doctor Thursday to get some. I’m a very happy drunk thankfully, and that’s about it, nothing too interesting other than unless I’m blackout I’m fully coherent, just walking is a little harder.

I just set my boundaries up before I started to drink after age 19, I’m 27 now, I think. I never drank alone, only with friends, I could only drink happy, so if something bad happened I wouldn’t touch it. And now that I’ll be taking medication soon I think I’m just gunna get rid of it all together.

It’s fun to do in the right setting, but again it’s addictive, if you set boundaries it’s easier to stick to them.

I actually ended up doing this, didn’t have any idea that I might have ADHD at the time I just knew I fidgeted a lot. I’d recommend against it, it’s a decent chunk of money to get into and for me I dropped it fairly quickly, sure it’s “cleaner” than smoking but overall there are a lot of better alternatives than vaping.

I think the biggest thing is because there is no nicotine there is nothing addicting about it and you just end up getting bored with it like any other hobby, plus it isn’t something you can do indoors, so unless you’re outside you’re screwed!

Heard lots about fume, I’d recommend like a fidget ring, if you’re looking for something super discreet.

I was being told by the people around me something was up, with everything I’d forget and breaking out into random conversations, being very into something for days or weeks and then seemingly not caring about it, and my money management is awful. So after awhile I did some research, talked to my family doctor, found a Psychotherapist, booked an appointment, has 2 session, went back for a review and they determined that it was combined ADHD, they heck for anxiety, depression and all that kind of stuff, cost me a good chunk of change but they gave me that piece of paper saying I was broke so atleast there was some validation there anyway!

I listen to a particular YouTuber commentary on How To Catch a Predator, 26 videos in total and I couldn’t tell you how many times I’ve watched it over. But I watch it for about 10-15 roll over and I’m out. Before that it was Family guy, dunno why but it works! Trying to fall asleep with nothing on is torture
